LDI Serve was founded in 2003 with the mission of empowering leaders to become world changers through the principles of servant leadership. As a direct extension of that mission, MasterMind was launched in 2021 as a seven-month mentorship experience designed for pastors and ministry leaders to elevate their leadership, energize their churches, and accelerate growth through practical strategy, collaborative problem-solving, and innovative vision. With dedicated cohorts for both men and women, MasterMind creates focused environments where leaders are strengthened, inspired, and equipped to lead with greater clarity, momentum, and impact.
