Julie Mullins is the Co-Senior Pastor of Christ Fellowship Church. She is passionate about building healthy teams and a vibrant church culture by investing in leaders across all ministries. Before stepping into the senior lead role, Julie served in the Worship Community, and pastored in both Students and Children’s Ministries. Julie founded, Hope for Freedom, a ministry raising awareness and fighting human trafficking in South Florida and around the globe. Hope for Freedom opened the first safe house for minor girls and has taught over 10,000 students in Palm Beach County on the dangers and signs of human trafficking. Julie leads CFSisterhood, and has a vision to inspire every generation to run their race with confidence and grace. In her role as Senior Pastor, Julie provides leadership for the Executive Pastors and Core Ministries of the church.

Cindy Beall is a Christian author, speaker, and mentor who helps individuals and couples heal from broken trust and rebuild their relationships. Drawing from her own story of marital struggle and restoration, she writes and speaks about forgiveness, healing, and hope through a Christ-centered perspective. She is the author of Healing Your Marriage When Trust Is Broken and Rebuilding a Marriage Better Than New.

Karin Conlee is a dynamic leader, speaker, and author. Karin’s deep passion for helping women leaders in ministry, rooted in her years as the founding Director of Women’s Ministry at Highpoint Church and now as co-pastor with her husband at One City Church and CEO of Unite Memphis, an education non-profit, makes her the perfect leader for this transformative experience. Her ability to inspire excellence in others through her words or actions is genuinely remarkable.

Dr. Michelle Fleming maintains a private practice in leadership development and executive coaching. She has over 15 years of experience working with C-suite professionals, emerging leaders, ministry professionals, small business owners, entrepreneurs, solopreneurs, family-owned businesses, and those looking to change career paths. Her approach focuses on relationships, both professional and personal, as a pathway for growing the leader from the inside out. Her powerful combination of business experience and academic training, along with a growth model designed through the lens of Christian values, sets Dr. Fleming apart.

James Davis’ four decades of executive leadership experience fuels his passion for empowering leaders to become world changers. His ability to convene the world’s heads of state, iconic CEOs, influential business and church authors and thought leaders on the topic of servant leadership has given him the unique opportunity and responsibility to serve as one of the catalytic voices of the global movement. In addition to his Master of Divinity and Doctorate of Organizational Leadership from Evangel University in Missouri, James holds Executive Education degrees from Harvard Business School and John F. Kennedy School of Government. He and Starla, his wife of more than thirty years, live in Palm Beach, Florida, and are the parents of four children and grandparents to one grandchild.

Pastor Victoria Railey’s heart is to be an inspiring mother and an encouraging wife, to communicate God’s Word with warmth and laughter, and to inspire other ladies to pursue a more intimate relationship with Him. Her passion is to see herself, her family, and others embrace the joys of walking with Christ in everyday experiences. Victoria has been a public school teacher specializing in reading and kids with disabilities for ten years before being full-time in ministry with her husband, Dr. Rusty Railey. Together, they serve as the Lead Pastors of Victory City Church - a growing, multi-generational, multi-cultural church. They are passionate about creating an atmosphere for people to encounter God and be transformed in the likeness of Jesus. They enjoy drinking coffee together and creating memories with their two beautiful daughters.
