If you are a woman serving in full-time ministry and desire to grow as a leader, you are a strong candidate for MasterMind Ministry.

MasterMind is a seven-month training and mentoring program designed specifically for women in ministry leadership. It includes a beginning and ending retreat at PGA National in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, along with monthly learning and mentoring experiences in a small-group setting. Throughout the journey, you’ll be equipped, encouraged, and connected with other Christian women leaders from across the country.

After returning home, the Cohort Learning Experience continues through monthly 90-minute Family Zoom Meetings.

Each session includes focused leadership teaching, breakout sessions, and mentoring opportunities.

Breakout sessions are led by your Coach and provide space to discuss ministry and personal challenges while receiving support, a listening ear, guidance, and prayer.

Evenings free to relax and explore Palm Beach, Florida

The investment is $650 per person for those joining alongside their husband in the Men’s Cohort. For those attending independently, the cost is $2,795 per person.
