MasterMind Women was created to equip and elevate women leaders by developing character and leadership excellence through transformational Gatherings, mentoring, coaching, and intentional accountability.
We believe women leaders flourish when they grow spiritually, personally, and professionally. Healthy women leaders strengthen ministries, churches, families, organizations, and communities while advancing God’s Kingdom.

The MasterMind Women Experience
At PGA National Resort
The MasterMind Women experience begins with a transformational two-day Gathering at PGA National Resort in South Florida, where women step away from the demands of everyday life to invest in their relationship with God, personal growth, and leadership development.
Through mentoring, coaching, and intentional accountability, participants are placed in carefully curated cohorts that foster trusted relationships, meaningful connection, and lasting encouragement.
The experience culminates with a second two-day Gathering at PGA National Resort, where women reunite to celebrate all God has done, strengthen their leadership, and prepare for their next season of influence.
The MasterMind Women experience ends, but the impact continues. We believe lasting leadership is built on a life that is healthy, spiritually grounded, and continually growing. Women leave equipped to lead with character, leadership excellence, and renewed confidence.
Who We Serve
MasterMind Women is designed for women carrying meaningful leadership responsibility in churches and ministry, nonprofit organizations, business and professional environments, community initiatives, and leadership alongside a spouse.
Some lead from highly visible positions. Others carry significant influence behind the scenes. What connects them is not a title, but a desire to steward their leadership well, deepen their relationship with God, maintain healthy priorities, and continue growing.

Our Connection to LDI Serve
MasterMind Women is a leadership initiative of LDI Serve, a nonprofit organization that has invested in pastors, ministry leaders, and organizations since 2003.
For more than two decades, LDI Serve has developed leaders through mentoring, coaching, servant-leadership principles, and practical leadership experiences. MasterMind Women continues that legacy through focused investment in women leaders and the unique opportunities, responsibilities, and challenges they encounter.
