A 7-month mentoring-driven leadership experience designed to equip and elevate women leaders by developing character and leadership excellence.

THE COHORT JOURNEY

The MMW experience moves through four intentional stages—Gather, Connect, Grow, and Lead. Each stage builds on the one before it, creating a rhythm of reflection, relationship, development, application, and renewed leadership confidence.

STEP 1: GATHER
Begin with a two-day immersive Gathering at PGA National Resort in South Florida. Step away from daily responsibilities to focus on your relationship with God, personal growth, spiritual health, and the foundations of healthy leadership.

STEP 2: CONNECT
Join a carefully curated cohort of approximately 10–15 women leaders. Trusted relationships, mentoring, coaching, and intentional accountability create a safe environment for encouragement, perspective, and meaningful growth.

STEP 3: GROW
Continue the journey through monthly leadership development, live teaching, guided cohort conversations, coaching, personal reflection, and real-world application. Growth is reinforced through relationships and consistent practice.

STEP 4: LEAD
Return for a second two-day Gathering focused on leadership that lasts—strengthening practical leadership effectiveness, healthy teams, organizational impact, and sustainable leadership for the next season of influence.

Curriculum Themes

Developing the Leader From the Inside Out

  • The opening phase focuses on the woman behind the leadership role. Participants are invited to strengthen the spiritual, personal, relational, and emotional foundations from which they lead.

    • Relationship with God — cultivating a spiritually grounded life that sustains leadership.

    • Forgiveness & Emotional Health — addressing what can quietly limit freedom, health, and effectiveness.

    • Identity & Calling — leading from a secure understanding of who God has created and called you to be.

    • Your Unique Voice — recognizing and developing the strengths, perspective, and influence you bring to leadership.

    • Resilience & Character — building the inner strength, integrity, courage, and consistency required for lasting leadership.

    • Leading From Wholeness — moving beyond performance-driven leadership toward healthy, authentic influence.

  • As the journey progresses, the curriculum turns outward toward leadership effectiveness and organizational impact. Participants explore how healthy leaders translate internal growth into stronger teams, relationships, systems, and ministry environments.

    • Leading Through Change & Adversity — responding to challenge with clarity, resilience, and wisdom.

    • Building Healthy Teams — creating cultures of trust, accountability, collaboration, and shared purpose.

At the core of the MasterMind Women curriculum is a simple conviction: lasting leadership begins with the leader herself. The seven-month experience intentionally develops both the internal life of the leader and the external leadership skills required to serve people, teams, ministries, and organizations well.

Monthly Flow

Each month is intentionally designed to create momentum and meaningful growth. The goal is not simply to gain information, but to develop the habits, perspectives, relationships, and confidence necessary for long-term leadership effectiveness.

LIVE TEACHING

Leadership teaching provides practical insight, spiritual encouragement, and focused development around the month’s leadership emphasis.

COHORT CONVERSATION

Guided small-group discussion creates space to process what is being learned, hear the wisdom of other women leaders, and apply principles to real leadership situations.

COACHING & MENTORING

Intentional conversations with experienced leaders provide perspective, encouragement, practical guidance, and support for current opportunities and challenges.

REFLECTION & APPLICATION

Personal reflection and real-world application move learning from concept to practice, helping participants build sustainable leadership habits.

A Leadership Development Experience

Built on Principles, Coaching, and Relationship

MasterMind Women is a seven-month leadership development experience that strengthens both the leader and her leadership through proven principles, practical teaching, coaching, and trusted relationships.

Monthly group sessions, small-group conversations, and one-on-one coaching provide perspective, accountability, and practical support—helping women grow in self-awareness, leadership capacity, clarity, and confidence.

    Beginning Gathering

    The journey begins with a two-day experience at PGA National Resort focused on spiritual, personal, and leadership development. Participants also begin building trusted relationships with the women in their cohort.

    Monthly Cohort Experience

    Following the Beginning Gathering, participants continue growing and applying what they are learning through four monthly Live Zoom Experiences. Each 90-minute session includes:

    • Leadership principle training with the full cohort

    • Coach-led small-group discussion and application

    • An opportunity for an individual coaching conversation with your Coach each month

    These monthly connections provide continued learning, perspective, accountability, and encouragement as participants apply leadership principles in their everyday lives.

    Graduating Gathering

    The experience concludes with a second two-day Gathering at PGA National Resort, bringing the cohort together for continued leadership development, practical application, coaching, reflection, and connection.

    The goal is not simply to provide more leadership information, but to help women develop the character, confidence, and leadership effectiveness needed to lead others well.
